Today I found one of my favorite fruits tree.
The fruit had a reddish leathery skin covered with pliable spines.
Yes, it was the Rambutan.
I found at least two trees on the way to the station from my condo. It was amazing! I have not noticed them for more than 3 years!
The Rambutan tastes like the Lychee. The Longan also has similar taste.
My most favorite cocktail is a lychee liquor which called "Dita Tonic"
I picked up a fallen Rambutan and brought home.
It tasted really nice and it was very fresh!!
